I'v got [serf 1.3.9] from https://www.apache.org/dist/serf/serf-1.3.9.zip
but i can't compile it on windows7, followed the [README] file in the serf directory,
i run the following command, but it looks like serf can not get the correct path for headers、libraries and cl.exe、lib.exe link.exe of Visual Studio 2010. before compile serf, apr and apu had been compiled successfully,
source code of apr and apu is located in [E:\02-Projects\01-CmUpdate\subversion-1.9.7\apr/apu-util]
and i run compile in [x86 Native Tools Command Prompt for VS 2017]
※by the way, after apr and apu had been compiled, there's no apr-1-config、apu-1-config i've got
scons APR=E:\02-Projects\01-CmUpdate\subversion-1.9.7\apr APU=E:\02-Projects\01-CmUpdate\subversion-1.9.7\apr-util OPENSSL=D:\openssl-1.0.2l PREFIX=C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\scons
then error message seen like this: can not find cl.exe
