Warning about guide exceptions docs...

Just a "heads up" about the exceptions section of the guide. Don't try and
create more than one generic exception handler on your server. As I've
just discovered it really confuses things. Create one class and one class
only for handling exceptions globally.

Maybe I should put out a CPAN release: SimpleException.pm or something?

OK - could you possibly email me the current perl.pod so that I don't have
to go downloading the whole thing? Also, the die overloading needs a
prototype to work like the real die().
