Ok, my 3-rd post on this subject :-)
I merged them - now your fixes are in tc3.3 as well, and
can be moved to j-t-c.
I think j-t-c is the right place for this.

We _have_ to merge them so it does not matter.

I would prefer the one in tc3.3. The only difference - few extra comments,
a kill_timeout ( which seems right ), and use of 'tomcat' in a name.
If you want to use the one in jserv - that's ok too.
