Torque extended user and class reloading
Hi people,
i would like to mention a problem we are having in our environment
(turbine 2.2 b3, torque 3.0 b4, extended user, JSPs).
If we recompile a screen, action or other utility class, the site cannot
reinitialize properly. There is no other way but to restart tomcat :-(
what comes is:
Internal Servlet Error:
java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError
at de.questech.om.BaseQTUser.(BaseQTUser.java:36)
at java.io.ObjectStreamClass.hasStaticInitializer(Native Method)
at
java.io.ObjectStreamClass.computeDefaultSUID(ObjectStreamClass.java:1487)
at java.io.ObjectStreamClass.access$100(ObjectStreamClass.java:45)
I understand that extending users is nothing really advisable during the
reconstruction of the Torque user stuff. Anyhow, if the information i
give rings a bell in anyones head, let me know. Otherwise hope it helps
the Torque people.
Alex
