Synopsis: 
conf/wrapper.properties seems to lack jar descriptions

Description:
As reading doc/NT-Service-howto.html I tried to make tomcat
as a NT service. But "net start jakarta" failed.

I also couldn't let it work as a NT service if I unpacked
binary archive to the path which includes *whitespace*
(As you know, Windows OS allows it). But for this, I am
not sure whether it is really bug or my mistake.
