require-client functionality

	Was there any decision made regarding inclusion og regex.c ?

	There seems to be a need for a feature which returns FORBIDDEN
on pages if the User-Agent: matches (or doesn't match) a certain
string. [See the latest thread on cypherpunks about Java and the
netscape client for why]
	I'd like to know if I should allow for regexp support when I
write such a module.
