SVD checks

I just ran ./mahout svd -Dmapred.input.dir=/tmp/solr-clust-n2/part-out.vec --tempDir /tmp/solr-clust-n2/svdTemp --rank 200 --numCols 62072 --numRows 130103

and got:
INFO: Persisting 200 eigenVectors and eigenValues to: null

Apparently it is looking for a value in mapred.output.dir, which is neither documented or included in the command line options. I will fix it, but mostly just documenting it here in case others run up against it, as it would have saved me a few hours had it failed up front instead of at the end.
