Path performance tests

MADlib community,

The performance testing results of the recently improved Path function have been uploaded to the JIRA website:

More details can be found on the website. Any comments are welcome. 

The new Path function will be available in the upcoming 1.9.1 release:

Thanks for posting, Xiaocheng.  Looks like linear scalability with
* data size
&
* partition size
(all else being equal)
so that will help users understand how execution time will change with key
params of this algo.
