jan iversen resolved INFRA-7924.

    Resolution: Fixed

Several problems, mostly to do with file perms.

solution:
- removed old db from backup
- limited backup to only /x1/www/po and db setup file
- added apbackup to www-data group
- changed file permission on a number of symlinks.

While in there, verified that pootle will work with 14.04.
