fixing a bunch of minor issues in {{VaultPackageAssembler}} and {{ContentPackage2FeatureModelConverter}} spotted while working on SLING-10467

- potential NPE
- inconsistent indention and usage of whitespace
- missing nullability annotations
- instance fields spread across the class which makes its hard to read
