The Linux file system has certain standards for what types of files should be located where.
/usr/lib/knox is for binaries and is owned by root
/etc/knox is for configuration and is owned by root
/var/lib/knox is the knox user's home dir and is owned by know.
The gateway.sh needed to be adjusted to take into account how the Bigtop RPM installs Knox.
