   ### Paimon version
   
   i have download paimon src from github of 0.4 release version, however, after building the project in my local IDEA, and I used the generated paimon-*.jar and run paimon-flink-action.jar in my local flink, it runs failed with exception as following:
   
   org.apache.paimon.flink.sink.PrepareCommitOperator: local class incompatible ; stream classdesc seriaVersionUID = xxxxx, local class serialVersionUID = xxxxx
   
   how can I fix it ? 
   
   ### Compute Engine
   
   paimon version : 0.4-release
   engine: flink 1.16.2
   
   ### Minimal reproduce step
   
   download, build it , and run paimon-flink-action with ./flink run command
   
   ### What doesn't meet your expectations?
   
   it runs fail
   
   ### Anything else?
   
   _No response_
   
   ### Are you willing to submit a PR?

   @homesickjava You are right, we should add seriaVersionUID to all seriazable classes.

   thank you, I have fixed this problem by removing conflick paimon-flink jars from path of $FLINK_HOME/lib
   
   by the way, what should I do if I want to be a contributor like you
