Harikrishna Patnala resolved CLOUDSTACK-2581.

    Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

Password retrieving script should be there on guest Linux vm inorder to update the vm with new password.
In case of windows vm, CloudInstanceManager installer should be there on guest vm and we need to start the service after installation.
