[J1] JIRA - call to vote

We are setting up J2 to use JIRA.

http://nagoya.apache.org/jira

Do we want to move J1 from Bugzilla to JIRA?
My vote is +1 on JIRA

I believe that Infrastructure can import the Bugzilla database into JIRA

My position exactly. +1 if jetspeed bugzilla issues can be migrated.
Otherwise -1.

As long as the current buzilla database can be imported into JIRA, I am
+1. Otherwise I am -1.
