   ## What and why to refactor
   1. Configuration is complicated.
   2. Versions of different accessibility tools need to be maintained.
   3. The out-of-the-box preview function is not supported.
   4. Packing is not fast.
   5. Multiple packaging configurations need to be maintained.
   6. TypeScript support is not good.
   
   ## Describe the solution you'd like
   Use **Vite** to replace the current packaging tool **Webpack**.
