[jira] [Created] (SCB-2814) remove servicestage-environment module

liubao created SCB-2814:
---------------------------

             Summary: remove servicestage-environment module
                 Key: SCB-2814
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SCB-2814
             Project: Apache ServiceComb
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Java-Chassis
            Reporter: liubao
            Assignee: liubao
             Fix For: java-chassis-3.0.0

Because this module can be easily replaced with spring boot property placehodler, like

   xxx: ${ENV:defaultValue}

And not useful in real applications and may cause misunderstanding sometimes.
