We r trying to get Apache Mahout 0.10.0 release out to the mirrors. 

1.  I have checked out  https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/mahout 
2.  Added a folder 0.10.0
3.  Got the distribution artifacts from https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/releases/org/apache/mahout/mahout-distribution/0.10.0/
4. copied the artifacts to the folder created in (2)
5. svn add
6. svn commit
