[axis2]need example of MIME attachment added by reference vs. embedded.

Hi all.

Can anyone provide an example or point me towards the tutorial on how to create the MIME attachment (customer doesn't want MTOM) which would be not embedded inside the soap body, but rather referenced from it?
I am newbie. All I have is WSDL from which stub is generated. I figured simpler stuff before and built few working clients and services that don't use attachments.

Thanks
Vadim.

Use MessageContext#addAttachment.
