[~stack] [~gxcheng] I think, good to show the last "requestsPerSecond" status during region-transition. If we show 0, then we assume there is no active request but actually there are some active requests. However, new metrics will be re-computed in short iteration(hbase.regionserver.metrics.period=5000ms). I am submitting PR now.
