   ## What is the purpose of the change
   
   This are minor changes to improve streaming runtime debuggability for that changes introduced with mailbox introduction in `release-1.9` branch.
   
   ## Brief change log
   
     - set the name of legacy source thread name (that includes task's name). This is port of change that already present in the `master` branch;
     - rename `StreamTask`s `performDefaultAction()` method to `processInput()` to better reflect method's intent.
   
   ## Verifying this change
   
   This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage.
