[meecrowave] CXF does not require activation/jaxb anymore (and a java11 profile?)

Hi guys,

Just to let you know, https://github.com/apache/cxf/pull/487 has been
merged so we should hopefully be able to remove several of our hacks for
java 11 build when next release will pop up.
If not we should enhance it again to not need all these conditional imports
IMHO.
