I/O Wait only in one CPU

Hi all,

   First of all, thanks to all developers that help in development of this
powerfull proxy software.
   My scenario is: 2xCPU ( Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5650 ) with 98GB RAM and
PERC5 with 14 ( 2TB) discs, and Intel 10G card.
   The software version is 3.3.2 ( master branch ), and it's performing
really well ( 1.7 Gbps ) with 50~60% idle.
   I'm running TS in forward proxy mode, but I have one question about how
TS performs the "load balacing" (proxy.config.cache.threads_per_disk) with
2x physical CPUs,
   i guess that TS was doing the right thing but PERC5 is doing the wrong
spread. My question is: Is there a way to force the I/O spreading against
second CPU ?

   My proxy.config.cache.threads_per_disk is 32.
