I don't think this belongs here. Trademark issues are the responsibility of trademarks@ and Shane, and this issue has already been referred to him.

The Apache Mobile Filter project is not affiliated or endorsed by the ASF or any Apache project, and is run by an independent organization. trademarks@ is working with the owner of that project to address branding issues.
