Wookie vote for 0.15.0 - BUMP

Hi there,

Is anybody else able to review/vote on the 0.15.0 builds? (they've been
up for a while now and we need one more +1 vote to release)

Paul

This is the 8th incubator release for Apache Wookie, with the artefacts being versioned as 0.15.0

We are requesting a vote viadev@wookie.apache.org for the release of the artifacts in the first instance found here...

https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/wookie/0.15.0/

...as the final 0.15.0 release.

PGP release keys (signed using DDED352A):

http://www.apache.org/dist/wookie/KEYS

Additionally there are 3 sets of maven artefacts, which we hope will help others to integrate WOOKIE into their own applications. These are...

1. Wookie itself as a downloadable WAR
2. The W3C parser
3. The Java connector framework

These artefacts are now in the staging area found here...

https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachewookie-050

Please take the time to verify the artifacts before casting your vote.

Vote will be open at least 72 hours.

[ ] +1 approve
[ ] +0 no opinion
[ ] -1 disapprove (and reason why)

I am under a huge deadline, but should free up a bit on Tuesday. I should be able to look then.

I'm watching and hoping to find the time, but...

I just relocated my family to the US and have only just started to address
backlog. Feel free to prod me directly if I've not voted in a week or so.
