Enhance cmislib RestService with support for mutual (2-way) certificate authentication as described here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2363105/how-to-do-mutual-certificate-authentication-with-httplib2.

The httplib2 library already supports this capability. The RestService simply needs to wire in that support.
