Cocoon Logging

I noticed in the CodedSelect() method generated in the sitemap
the following line:

org.apache.log.Logger log = org.apache.log.LogKit.getLoggerFor("cocoon");

This is not necessary as the AbstractSitemap has a protected
member log already initialized to the propper logger. Therefore
I will remove that generated line. All sitemaps and XSP pages
have access to the Cocoon logger, and XSP pages have a method
for creating application specific loggers that are children
of the Cocoon logger.

Hi Berin,

	This line is from the CodedSelectorFactory. Thanks for the
	information, and removing the line.

	Cheers,

	Marcus
