[RESULT][VOTE] Accept contribution of Brooklyn Container Service

The results of the vote to determine whether the Brooklyn PMC is in favour
of accepting the Container Service code contribution are as follows:

    +1 - 14 votes (8 binding)
     0 - none
    -1 - none

Therefore, the vote passes.

The PMC and the authors of the code will now work together to complete the
ASF IP Clearance
process and merge the Container Service repository into Apache Brooklyn.

Thanks to everyone who voted; not just the PMC, but also other members of
the Brooklyn community.

Andrew.
