Distribution of NiFi Python Extensions?
Hello, May I ask what is the best practice to package and distribute NiFi
Python extensions, ideally through GitHub actions and releases? Thanks!

Fan,
There have been a few discussions about what makes the most sense. At this point, I’ve just seen people packaging as a .tar or a .zip and just unpacking into the appropriate directory for nifi.
There has been some talk of allowing for packaging via PyPi but that has the downside that you’d need to then do a `pip install <package>` on your system to bring that in, and we don’t want to muddy up the system pip installations…
Open to ideas.
Thanks
