UTF filenames cause errors under windows
Under windows when I try to checkout the repo at:
svn://svn.berlios.de/dstress/trunk/run (warning: it's big)
I get an error on a file that has UTF in it's name ("can't copy ___" or
some such)
I rather suspect this is a bug.

Subversion stores all paths in UTF-8 because that supports the whole Unicode
range of characters. These paths are then transcoded to the OS's charset,
according to the selected locale. Both the OS might not support certain paths
or the locale might not be correct, so it would be best if you described your
system and its language settings. Further, Windows has still a DOS heritage
in that filenames like COM, AUX and NUL are reserved and further its
filesystem is not case-sensitive.

Please use copy'n'paste for the message to allow a proper analysis.
