[jira] [Created] (FINERACT-1919) Loan Schedule due dates are lessened when a smaller month comes in between

Mohit Sinha created FINERACT-1919:
-------------------------------------

Summary: Loan Schedule due dates are lessened when a smaller month comes in between
                 Key: FINERACT-1919
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-1919
             Project: Apache Fineract
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 1.8.4
            Reporter: Mohit Sinha
            Assignee: Mohit Sinha
             Fix For: 1.9.0
         Attachments: Screenshot 2023-04-06 at 5.13.52 PM.png, Screenshot 2023-04-06 at 5.15.14 PM.png, Screenshot 2023-04-06 at 5.15.41 PM.png

When we create a monthly loan, with first Repayment Date as 31-(Jan,Mar,May,....) or
30-(Jan,Mar,Apr,....) then from March onwards, the dueDate will reduce to 28/29 depending upon whether it is a leap year or not.

This behaviour should also happen when we create a loan with firstRepaymentDate as 31 May, then from June/July onwards the due date will be set to 30.

It should ideally be set to the date at which the firstRepayment started if it is possible in that month.

To reproduce,
disburse a loan on 31 December 2022.
first repayment date as 31 January 2023

loan tenure - 12 months
