Adding LabValueFinder to Piper file leads to MESSAGE LOCALIZATION
FAILED error
Hello,
I am trying to run the clinical pipeline by changing the Piper File to
include LabValueFinder.

I appended the DefaultFastPipeline piper file with the following:

add LabValueFinder
// Html output
add pretty.html.HtmlTextWriter
++++++++++++++++++++++
I get the following error:
30 Oct 2018 19:47:49 ERROR PiperFileRunner - MESSAGE LOCALIZATION FAILED:
Can't find resource for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key No
Analysis Component found for LabValueFinder
I run this file using the following command:
rgiri$ ./bin/runClinicalPipeline.sh -i
/Users/rgiri/tools/apache-ctakes-4.0.0/progress_note_sample --xmiOut
/Users/rgiri/tools/apache-ctakes-4.0.0/xmi_output
What am I doing wrong?
Any guidance is much appreciated.

Hi Rumpa,
I guess you are using cTAKES 4.0.0 user installation setup which does not have LabValueFinder implementation. Try building ctakes core jar from cTAKES SVN trunk and try again. It should work fine.
