It looks that "Manage Inspections" Configurations has been freezed up to "Migrate to JDK 8". I wonder, what about "Migrate to JDK 9" or later? Menu "Refactor -> Inspect and Transform -> Configuration -> Manage -> Configurations combo box" Kind regards, John.
