[kind of announce] Tapestry 4.0 howtos

Hi,
During moving into 4 I found documentation is at a high level and hard 
to find or understand. Now there is a wiki page called "4 howtos" - 
please join the effort and help this "tutorial" grow.

You find the page in the wiki-home tapestry 4.0 section
