The Apache OpenWhisk project is pleased to announce the release of Apache OpenWhisk Whisk Deploy (wskdeploy) version 1.2.0. 

Apache OpenWhisk is an open source, distributed Serverless platform that executes functions (fx) in response to events at any scale. OpenWhisk manages the infrastructure, servers and scaling using Docker containers allowing focus on building amazing and efficient applications. Apache OpenWhisk Whisk Deploy is a utility to help you describe and deploy any part of the OpenWhisk programming model using a YAML manifest file. Use it to deploy all of your OpenWhisk project's Packages, Actions, Triggers, Rules and more using a single command! This version is built using Golang version 1.15, updated to use Go Module for dependency management and supports the most current tagged versions of dependent packages.
