Hi dev team

We are closing the next, exciting, and huge update, 8.0.0[1].
From my check, there are 3 left
1. Gateway plugin, +zhangxin@apache.org<ma...@apache.org> , haven't been submitted yet
2. Prometheus adoption, +高洪涛@skywalking<ma...@apache.org> , closing but not finished
3. UI finalization, most features are done, but the import/export is not ready yet. +qiuxiafan@apache.org<ma...@apache.org> I need to set up default/native dashboards through the UI and update the master branch.

Could you confirm whether all could be ready before the Friday deadline?(UTC + 8), if not, what is the plan.

I hope we could start the release test next week, all subprojects and ecosystem projects, please be ready to test and release process.
