[jira] [Created] (QPID-3398) LegacyLVQ should not impose extra semantics on remove function

LegacyLVQ should not impose extra semantics on remove function
--------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: QPID-3398
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-3398
             Project: Qpid
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: C++ Broker
            Reporter: michael j. goulish
            Assignee: michael j. goulish
             Fix For: 0.14

LegacyLVQ imposes extra semantics on the remove function beyond what its parent MessageMap specifies.
It requires the caller to pass in a message with the same payload -- which seems weird.
It should instead pass back the message that was deleted, just like its parent.

----------------------------

    Resolution: Not A Problem

No longer an issue. LegacyLVQ has been removed from the tree and the Messages interface has significantly changed anyway.
