Summary: No documentation on batch mode
Product: JMeter
Version: 2.2
Platform: Other
OS/Version: other
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Main
AssignedTo: jmeter-dev@jakarta.apache.org
ReportedBy: martin.2.west@bt.com
The documentation in several places suggests using batch mode, but there doesnt
appear to be any documentation on running the batch mode and hence no links from
these references to the batch documentation.
Thanks

Ahh, K
it would help if you could add hyperlinks for "batch" from
http://jakarta.apache.org/jmeter/usermanual/boss.html
and
http://wiki.apache.org/jakarta-jmeter/JMeterFAQ
I did google jmeter batch, came up with those references and in my dimness did
not find the actual docs.

Depends what you mean by batch mode.
Non-GUI mode is documented here:
http://jakarta.apache.org/jmeter/usermanual/get-started.html#Non_GUI
Client-server sample result batching is documented in jmeter.properties -
probably not elsewhere.
