[commons-net] Ftp Connection Resuming
Hello,
First, I am appreciated that Apache create this great useful library,
I used it to download files from ftp server. however, since my network
connection is not stable, so, for a big file, it can not download.
I patched the commons-net to support connection resuming,
and in my testing, passed.
I will submit a pull request on the https://github.com/apache/commons-net
If this is the right procedure to follow ?

got the same error one or two hours ago (so it was really maintenance or
some server problem). Now it works for me.

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance
downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Whether the server in maintenance, or my network is problem ?
(I tried refresh page in half an hour, all is "Service Unavailable")
