James 2.2.0 RC4 is a Release Candidate for James version 2.2.0.  If there
are no blocking defects, this is what will be called James 2.2.0.

The key issues in RC4 are:

 JAMES-283: Allow connection (server socket) backlog to be
            configurable)
 JAMES-282: If an SMTP connection is closed (not a timeout), during
            the DATA command, properly treat it as an error.
 JAMES-247: Adjusted a prior fix which exposed incompatibilities in
            various JDBC drivers and their databases.  Also adds
            Ingres support.

Please join us in testing this version.  If there are no blocking defects,
the James PMC expects to release James 2.2.0 next week.
