   ## Summary
   
   These are small optimizations for the  DDR training code of mpfs target
   
   ## Impact
   
   Adding RPC_156_VALUE register writing just enables fine-tuning for custom HW. This keeps the default value (1) for the current configurations (Aries board and Icicle).
   
   The return after training "verify" step fail is just finding from code inspection. It is very unlikely that the next step (memory test) would pass if the "verify" failed. However, if it would it would be bad since the DDR timings are not proper in that case.
   
   ## Testing
   
   Tested on Aries m100pfsevp and custom HW.
