[SPI3] Merged changes from develop into the spi3 branch

Hi all,

In preparation for being able to merge the spi3 branch back to develop, I invested today to merge the latest changes from develop into the SPI3 branch.

I had some trouble in the PLC4Go directory with the byte based write buffer … and in the CanOpen driver there’s a driver test that I needed to disable.
