Hi,

we had a memory leak on our webservice project. When debugging, we noticed that the LifecycleManagerImpl does not clean up its hashtable correctly. While looking through the code, I noticed that the _create_ (line 72) method fills the table with the filename, but uses the file name reference on _delete_ (line 91, 138, 206).
