Can't start ssvm do to not being able to mount secondary storage

I setup a galerea mariadb haporxy cluster and decided that since I had done
numerous installs against the old setup I would create new management
servers and start over and follow my notes. Everything when smooth until I
noticed that the console and ssvm were not starting. The logs are just
chocked with tryting to create a vm, finding that it can't mount this
directory and then trashing them and starting all over again.

I can't figure out why Cloudstack 4.4 fresh install can't mount my secondary
storage. I can mount it from the command line just fine, I can even mount
the subdir and write to them. I've use this seconday storage numerous times
during testing and haven't had a problem since the first install.

I forgot to put the host file on the hypervisor and now this problem is
solved.
