[users@httpd] minor typo httpd documentation

Hello Apache Documentation writers,

There is a typo in the documentation at
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/mod/core.html#options

It is on the sentence under the "Indexes" item under the "Options directive"
section:

"If a URL which maps to a directory is requested, and *the there* is no
DirectoryIndex (e.g., index.html) in that directory, then the server will
return a formatted listing of the directory."
