   **Describe the bug**
   使用shell组件时候，偶尔会遇到“Text file busy”错误。
   When using shell, you will occasionally encounter “Text file busy” error.
   这个问题很难复现，我们的ds集群每天执行5万+个作业，但是2周只出现过3次。
   This problem is hard to recur. Our DS cluster executes 50000 + jobs every day, but only three times in two weeks.
   是不是不同的作业生成了同一个.sh的临时文件导致的，因为不知道sh文件的命名规则，这只是我的猜测。
   Is it caused by different jobs generating the same sh temporary file, because I don't know the naming rules of SH file, this is just my guess.

   It is the first time I saw this error, 
   
   I found some information about `text file busy` from Stack Overflow： https://stackoverflow.com/questions/16764946/what-generates-the-text-file-busy-message-in-unix
   the mainly cause may be: The Text file busy error in specific is about trying to modify an executable while it is executing.
