   ### Summary
   
   `ProducerConnectionService` normalizes filters and selector limits before delegating to the client provider. The existing tests left the `listProducerGroups` instance guard, sub-minimum limit clamping and null-language projections uncovered.
   
   ### Changes
   
   - `listProducerGroups` rejects a missing instance id with `400 instanceId is required`
   - A selector limit below 1 is clamped to 1 before delegating
   - Connections with null language/version project `null` instead of throwing
   - Multiple raw connections are projected independently in order
   
   ### Testing
   
   `mvn test -Dtest=ProducerConnectionServiceTest` passes: 11 tests, 0 failures (up from 7).
