   @rdblue oh, that makes sense indeed. My assumption was that the generated output by Iceberg should be parsable by Iceberg so we could recover effective values and type of the internal partitions based on the output of `toHumanString` that Iceberg uses to generate file paths with.
   Moving it to a hive specific module/ class would work best I guess :)
   Closing PR.
