[UPDATE] Releases schedule

Hi all,

just a quick update on the releases plan.

I updated the releases schedule:

http://karaf.apache.org/index/community/releases-schedule.html

I'm preparing the 2.4.1 and 3.0.3 release for next week.

On the other hand, the Cellar and Cave releases are planned for end of 
this month.

The second week of January, we should release 2.3.10 and 4.0.0.M2.
