Not sure what is going wrong here. As per logs, everything seems ok: LB rule created, VM assigned to LB rule, Stickiness policy assgned to LB rule and Rule created in Netscaler. The test also passes in my local set up

Couldn't figure out anything amiss from the logs. I'll leave it open for now. Not sure what else could cause the LB rule to be missing in netscaler. I'll revisit later
