[ANNOUNCE] Apache bRPC 1.6.0 released

Hi all,

The Apache bRPC community is glad to announce the new release
of Apache bRPC 1.6.0.

Apache bRPC is an Industrial-grade RPC framework using C++ Language,
which is often used in high performance systems such as Search, Storage,
Machine learning, Advertisement, Recommendation etc.

Brief notes of this release:
- Support user interceptor of server
- Support TCP heartbeat of client
- Support function name in logging
- Support server-end progressive reader for http protocol
- Support new DoublyBufferedData for suspended bthread
- Support force SSL for all connections of Acceptor
- Support fixed and jittered retry backoff policy
- Support release assert
- Support rvalue task in execution_queue_execute
- Support graceful exit gflag for SIGHUP
